Amity Lace Child Coverup – Free Crochet Pattern

Hey everyone! Welcome to my little corner of the internet world for the Summer Activities CAL. My pattern, for your enjoyment is the Amity Lace Child Coverup. My daughter loves it, even though the sample I made wasn’t quite her size. She is modeling the Toddler size stretched quite a bit.

Notes

Pattern is written in smallest size with other sizes in parentheses. Sizes are Toddler, Small Child, and Child.

For the gauge, width is the most important part which is why it only has that measurement. If you want a longer coverup, just add additional row repeats per instructions.

Starting chains do not count as beg st unless indicated in pattern.

  1. Rebecca Dudley says:

I have a question on row 5 for the child size. Is this row supposed to stay on the hdcs from row 4 or does it continue past these? I guess what I mean is should this look like an apron with ties? I’m not getting 7 repeats in the 97 hdc.

I am sorry that I missed your comment. Yes, it should basically look like an apron with ties.
